International Shipping Issues
The basic shipping cost for international orders is based on a weight of 0.5kg.
It is recommended to purchase Eco-Large bag for tea leaves, 300g tea leaves, and around 150g for the box.country shipping & price list
Japan Shipping Weight Limitation
Tea leaves parcels sent to Japan, including the box, cannot exceed 2kg. Therefore, when it exceeds 2kg, there is no available shipping method. Reducing the quantity in the shopping cart will display postal shipping methods.
