Our Signature Style, Our Philosophy

Submitted by yiguo2000 on

A reflection of how we care for tea, people, and the land we share.

Tea Garden Philosophy

Tradition is our foundation; innovation is our tribute to tea.
With a tea maker’s careful touch, we craft teas that embody felt quality—a beauty born of our Far Eastern island. Ample fermentation brings out floral, fruity, and honey notes, with layers of refinement from the roasting process.
Every tea we make carries our family’s legacy and the essence of the land. We honor the classics, but also challenge them to create flavors of our time.

Subtropical Climate & Character

Taiwan is a subtropical island—our teas reflect the island’s passion and the calm of its mountains.
Mist, breeze, and moist soil slowly nurture the soul of every drop of tea, from morning fog to afternoon light.
Our tea artisans, like the island itself, are both free and grounded, passionate yet composed.

Team Culture

Openness is our foundation; the journey from beginner to mentor is our path.
We encourage each member to grow from a curious learner into an independent creator and team leader.
Here, there are no walls—only ongoing growth and shared learning.

  • Beginner: The starting point for those who love tea and are eager to learn.
  • Intermediate: Mastering basic tea-making techniques and understanding the relationship between flavor and environment.
  • Advanced: Beginning to craft one’s own unique tea style.
  • Mentor & Creator: Guiding others, shaping team culture and value through innovation.

The Professional Lens

Our tea master brings a rich blend of international experiences—
Japanese training taught us precision and process; American culture gave us the courage to experiment and embrace technology; European design thinking and deep insight taught us to see the essence of things and discover value and potential within tea.

We believe that style means becoming a better version of ourselves

Our tea has traveled far beyond this island, and friends abroad often say: “Hmm? It tastes even better here, across the sea.”
