We’re a small tea farm, and every order is packed and shipped by us personally.
If there’s any issue with your order, or it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to assist you.


Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
Exchange requests can be made within 30 days. Please make sure the item is unopened and in its original condition.

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Please provide your order number or proof of purchase

Returns cannot be accepted if:

  • The product has been used

  • The tea package has been opened

  • The return is requested more than 30 days after delivery


Exchange Policy

If the product is incorrect, or you would like to exchange it for another item, please contact us within 30 days.
We will assist you with the process.


Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is on our side (wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • If it’s a personal reason (preference, wrong item chosen), the return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility.
