Email addresses that can't receive our emails

Order confirmations, shipping updates and account emails sent from formosa-tea.com are blocked by the spam filter (Proofpoint) that some email services use. These emails never arrive — not even in the spam folder.

Addresses that can't receive our emails

  • Apple Mail (iCloud): @icloud.com, @me.com, @mac.com
  • Apple "Hide My Email" addresses (@privaterelay.appleid.com)
  • Some company and school email addresses (organisations that filter mail with Proofpoint)

What you can do

  • Use another email such as Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook/Hotmail.
  • Or simply log in with your Google account — no password needed.
  • When you enter your email at sign-up or checkout, we check it automatically and let you know if it can't receive our emails.

Already ordered or signed up with one of these addresses?

  • Your order is still valid. Log in and check "My account" for the order status, or contact us on LINE.
  • To change your email, log in and edit it in your account settings.
