Phoenix Tea is a fragrant and rich Oolong tea, the first among the four famous traditional Oolongs.
Phoenix variety: It is a tree-type tea plant with a clear main trunk, which can grow into a tall tree, this is the true meaning of "single bush" in its name "單叢".

Phoenix tea is renowned for its "aroma", with the beauty of being known as the "talking tea".
Common aromas such as: honey orchid fragrance, yellow branch fragrance, magnolia fragrance, night-blooming fragrance, narcissus fragrance, etc., each aroma is like natural floral and fruity fragrances, stunning people.
The aroma is natural and long-lasting, lingering even after multiple infusions.

"Je n’aurais jamais cru trouver une telle finesse dans un oolong venant de Taïwan. Le parfum du « Mi Lan Xiang » m’a rappelé une promenade au printemps dans un verger de pêchers en fleur. Quant au « Ya Shi Xiang », malgré son nom insolite, c’est un chef-d’œuvre torréfié, complexe et profondément réconfortant. Ce thé incarne vraiment l’élégance asiatique dans toute sa splendeur."
