紅玉紅茶的冷泡茶真的非常甜香
用水壺裝常溫水放茶葉，然後放冰箱隔夜，早上就是非常蜂蜜香的冷泡茶，這是因為香甜物質是比較容易是放到水中。茶鹼跟咖啡因溶出的速度慢，所以第二天第三後茶底會逐漸厚實。因此最好的冷泡茶是隔夜的第一天飲用。
