This is not an ordinary honey-scented black tea.

In 2025, during the peak season of the tea green leafhopper, we were fortunate to harvest organic tea leaves naturally endowed with honeyed aromas. Drawing on the craftsmanship inherited from Zhengshan Xiaozhong, and integrating the deep roasted character of rock tea, we created this Organic Apple Honey-Scented Black Tea.

It carries the signature honeyed sweetness of Taiwanese honey black tea, layered with the ripe apple fruit notes of Keemun black tea, supported by the woody, lightly smoky depth of Zhengshan Xiaozhong, and finished with a delicate touch of lychee reminiscent of Oriental Beauty.

These multiple aromatic layers intertwine to form a flavor symphony unlike any before.

🔥 Aging & Roasting: The Patience of Slow Craft

This tea was not released immediately after production.
We chose to allow it to rest and stabilize, adjusting the roast through multiple stages while observing the dialogue between the leaves and time, until aroma and texture reached perfect harmony before release.<>br Each cycle of roasting and resting deepens the honeyed notes, stabilizes the woody undertone, and refines the fruit aroma.
