Participated in tea making and farm management with my father since childhood
Having experienced the beauty of Taiwanese tea while working abroad, I decided to return home after gaining rich experience in the workplace to take over the family organic tea farm.
In addition to actively participating in tea training and extensively reading about tea knowledge, I have also tasted excellent teas from around the world in community college tea art courses. After returning home, I organized the family’s outstanding core tea products to continue promoting them overseas; in response to changing times, I also focus on developing new products that attract the new generation. Through my experiences, I discovered the classic and beautiful flavors of Taiwanese tea from an Eastern perspective and can interpret them from a Western tea lover's viewpoint. As a tea maker, I vividly convey the tea-making process and the beauty of tea to visiting guests.
Thanks to my father, a pioneer in organic certification, for leaving behind excellent tea tree varieties.
