Lapsang Tea is the most well-known Chinese tea in Europe. Since 1662, when Princess Catherine of Portugal married into the British royal family, this tea began to rise in popularity among the royal and aristocratic tea culture, becoming an important origin. Zhengshan Xiaozhong tea is currently also grown and produced in Taiwan.

What makes the Zhengshan Xiaozhong black tea here different?

Currently, tea production no longer uses firewood for drying, so it undergoes post-smoking processing. Because of this, Zhengshan Xiaozhong black tea cannot be imported into certain countries due to carcinogenic polyphenolic substances produced during smoking.
The Fenghuang Dancong tea garden, on the other hand, utilizes fermentation techniques and roasting processes to bring out a natural woody smoky flavor, presenting a classic high-end taste of Zhengshan Xiaozhong and making it an excellent choice for export.
