FROM THE MAKER
🌼What is Lapsang Souchong Black Tea?
It is the most well-known Chinese tea in Europe. After Portuguese Princess Catherine of Braganza married into the British royal family in 1662, this was the first tea to spark a tea culture among the royals and nobility. This classic tea is now grown and produced in Taiwan.
Taiwan Lapsang Souchong tea features a unique fruity and floral aroma, with hints of caramel and sweetness that are refreshingly delightful.
Making Taiwan Lapsang Souchong Tea requires a high level of tea-making expertise—it's a type of Gongfu black tea. Through careful withering, it develops refined notes of rose and apple, while the roasting process brings out elegant woody and smoky aromas.
Pairing with food
✅ Its rich fruity and pine wood aromas make it naturally sweet and pleasant when enjoyed on its own, and it also pairs well with milk.
✅ Excellent with meats, stews, and hearty soups—often served in fine dining restaurants.
😉If you brew this tea for your partner, it will brighten their day—and yours too. 😊😆
