Wuyi is one of the oldest tea cultivars introduced to Taiwan. The leaves are greener and require longer withering and fermentation. Through deep traditional fermentation and roasting techniques, this tea develops into a rich honey-aroma Red Water Oolong. The nostalgic honey fragrance is one of the signature flavors of Taiwanese tea.
